Next Step Independent Living LLC is a developing structured housing program committed to helping individuals successfully transition toward stability, accountability, and independent living. We recognize that structured, stable, and affordable housing are essential foundations for reducing recidivism, promoting accountability, encouraging self-sufficiency, and helping individuals rebuild productive lives within the community.

Next Step Independent Living serves adults seeking a safe, stable, and structured environment as they work toward greater independence and self-sufficiency. Our housing program is designed to support:
Seniors
Older adults living on fixed incomes or experiencing life transitions may struggle to find affordable, dependable housing. Our shared living environment offers a safe, affordable option that promotes dignity, stability, and a sense of community.
Veterans
Many veterans experience challenges related to housing instability, financial hardship, social isolation, or transitioning back into civilian life. We provide a respectful and supportive living environment that honors their service while helping them regain stability and independence.

Sober Living
We welcome adults who are committed to living a sober lifestyle and are seeking a structured, recovery-supportive housing environment. Our homes provide a drug- and alcohol-free setting where residents can focus on maintaining stability, building healthy routines, and moving forward with confidence. While we do not provide clinical treatment or counseling, we encourage residents to remain engaged with their healthcare providers, counselors, sponsors, or community recovery programs as appropriate.
Re-Entry
Men and women returning to the community after incarceration often face significant barriers to housing, employment, and stability. We provide structured housing opportunities that help reduce homelessness, promote accountability, and encourage successful reintegration into society.
